What Is Baby Buds?
Baby Buds is a new-parent / new-caregiver meetup and open-exploration playtime for newborns, infants, and toddlers that encourages physical growth, social-emotional development, and emerging language skills. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the Museum, including our Sensory Studio, and engage with sensory stations and activities that focus on tactile stimulation, sound, light, and art. Please note that VDM’s Amazing Airways and Flight Lab areas are currently closed. Check out our Exhibits page to see what areas will be available during the playtime.
Notice: The Museum will be closed for general admission visits during Baby Buds but will open for regular visits starting at 11:00 a.m. following the playtime.
