Featured Artist Program

All Ages, with Adult. Free with Museum Admission or Membership.

Meet the Virginia Discovery Museum’s current Featured Artist and children’s author and illustrator Eliza Lucinda Rogan as she reads her book Lulu, a story about a funny little pig who tries to fly as she learns to overcome her fears and find her way out into the world. During this special storytime, children will make their own wings, just like the character in the book. Copies of “Lulu” will be also be available for purchase and signing. Featured Artist Eliza Lucinda Rogan’s book illustrations and mural stickers are on display in Creation Station through mid-January.
