She will share examples from the new movie The Beginning of Life, a feature documentary recently released on Netflix, that explores the impact of a child’s early environment on their cognitive, social, and emotional development.

A mother of two, Rebecca Berlin works with states and school districts on improving the early childhood system. She formerly served on the Virginia Discovery Museum Board of Directors and as Board President.
