Robin Albertson-Wren for this “unplugged” Introduction to Mindfulness workshop! Discover the history, neuroscience, and research connected to mindfulness work; participate in mindful listening techniques; practice calming breathing; and try stress-reduction exercises as we explore the benefits of mindfulness in our daily lives.

A Little about Our Speaker
Albertson-Wren has 25 years of classroom teaching experience and began her work at St. Anne’s-Belfield School in 1993. She has presented “Mindfulness in Schools: Educating and Empowering Our Children” to many local, statewide, and national audiences; trained through Mindful Schools; and is pursuing a yearlong certification program as a Mindfulness Instructor.
