Hours: Mon-Sat, 9:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
The Virginia Discovery Museum is closed Sundays, except for birthday parties and private event rentals. VDM is also closed New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas. During snow and inclement weather, please call us at (434) 977-1025 or check our homepage, our Facebook, or with local news stations NBC29 and CBS19 to see if the Museum is open.
